KUALA LUMPUR:

 5.34pm: Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein said that the lost police pistol has been FOUND.

He tweets:"2 policemen injured & admitted. Snatched police pistol was recovered."

5.15:  Jalan TAR - The situation in Jalan TAR appears to be calm after a FRU truck retreated. There is no police presence along the road from Maju Junction to Pertama Complex.

Some of the protesters could be seen heading back towards Dataran Merdeka.

The area in front of Bar Council building is now deserted as most of the protesters have dispersed.

But there are still protesters in two main areas - from Masjid Jamek to Dataran Maybank and those in Jalan TAR.

4.30 pm
A police vehicle allegedly hits two protestors in front of Sogo shopping centre, injuring them.
An angry crowd surrounds the police vehicle which has been abandoned, and overturns it.


4.00 pm: Those arrested are being brought to mobile unit at Selangor Club for processing. 
Dang Wangi and Pasar Seni train stops closed.

3.50:
--Pockets of protestors have retreated from Dataran Merdeka along Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman and are being chased by police.

 -- Water cannon and tear gas are fired at the crowd outside the Bar Council building at Lebuh Pasar Besar.

3.26:   
Police say they are forced to fire tear gas canisters because the crowd tried to dismantle their barricade to Dataran Merdeka.

--Police HITTING and arresting civilians. All caught on video. 

-- Water cannons are chemical-laced

3.20:Crowd is so huge.... well behaved. PAS Amal brigade doing a good job.
 Policemen saying "kami serba salah"... poor guys.... No choice but to "ikut perintah". Some were openly saying, "Kami hanya ikut perintah". Jangan salahkan kami....

IPOH: 5,000  in Ipoh. not a single police presence. Sit-down ends.

3.00pm FRU  fire teargas at crowd near DBKL headquarters near Dataran Me

2.45 pm:   
PAS Unit Amal not allowing crowd to push through, maintaining order & urging crowd to stay calm.

 The Menara Maybank group joined the Masjid Jamek group to move towards Dataran Merdeka via Jalan Gereja

 11.00: Himpunan Hijau group -- more than 5,000 -- started their march but police are stopping them.

 10.55:
PAS Unit Amal making a human barrier to protect the Himpunan Hijau group at KLCC.

-- Anti-Lynas protesters break through police ranks near KLCC area, splitting into two groups along Jalan Ampang.

- Big crowd of 700 over people at Masjid Negara area, minimal police presence.

-Protesters in Jln Sultan in high spirits, chanting "Reformasi" and singing "Tolak BN" and "Bebas media

-Festive scene at Jalan Thamipillay, banners and balloons

10.55 am: 
-- Heavy police presence in Kg Baru area and Brickfields around the elephant fountain.

 --Dozens of people  at Tmn Bahagia LRT station. More coming in from Paramount. Train's packed.

--Crowd at Central Market swells as more Bersih T-shirt wearing supporters join in.

10.50:   
Dataran Merdeka - The police human wall near the Bar Council headquarters become a tourist spot of sorts with many people taking photographs. 

 Bangsar - Bersih co-chairperson A Samad Said just left the Bangsar LRT station in a packed train. As he entered the coach, fellow passengers aplauded.

  Jalan TAR: Students are gathered in front of 7-11, at Jalan Tar.  Youths are welcomed!


10.45: A crowd of 5000 trying to head from Sogo to Dataran was stopped between Masjid Jamek and Jalan TAR.

10.15:  All the trains and most of the highways are smooth flowing.

10. 00:  KTM stations are clear and safe. Take the train.

9.30: Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) - Hundreds of bersih supporters has been gathered at the back lane of Jalan TAR near Masjid India, many of them wearing Bersih or yellow T-shirts. There a group of young people who have set up a stall here to sell Bersih and 'Free Education' T-shirts. Jalan TAR and Jalan Parliament are closed by the police. While about 100 police officers form a human wall to barricade Jalan TAR, in front of Sogo, the protestors are able to evade the police by using the back lanes to go to Masjid India and Jalan Tun Perak. People are hanging around, sitting in front of shop and chatting while waiting for the protest to begin.

I wish my fellow Malaysians good luck, and may Bersih 3 win for all Malaysians a CLEAN & FAIR ELECTIONS 13 !

We want free and fair elections conducted by officials who are impartial and independent. All Constitutional Office holders must understand that once they are appointed to their position by DYMM Yang Di Pertuan Agong they are required to by the constitution to be impartial and independent That in essence is what the Oath of Office says.
