LINGAM: The CJ (Chief Justice - judiciary’s No 1 post) said his relative is now the Agong, so he wants to stay on to 68, so, Tengku Adnan said - I told Tengku Adnan, yesterday I had a meeting with him - he said PM is already very angry with him … and … he said no problem, he is going to make you acting err… confirm your position as PCA (President of Court of Appeal – judiciary’s No 2), working very hard, and then get Tan Sri Mokhtar as CJM (Chief Judge of Malaya – judiciary’s No 3).
Ah, so we just keep it confidential. I am working very hard on it. Then there is a letter, according to Tengku - I am going to see him tomorrow - there is a letter sent to … ah … CJ - I mean Tan Sri Dzaiddin - that Datuk Heliliah, …er Datuk Ramli and Datuk Maarop be made judges, and he rejected that Dr Andrew Chew and apa itu Zainudin Ismail lah because Zainuddin Ismail who condemned your appointment and Tan Sri Mohtar’s appointment.

And then Tan Sri Dzaiddin said he is going to recommend six people for the Court of Appeal, but until today the letter hasn’t come to PM. He never discussed, but neither he has sent the letter to PM. He has not sent. So, I know it is under the constitution, for judges all, that is your job, Datuk, to send, but we don’t want to make it an issue now.
Ah, okay. Actually I told Tengku Adnan to inform PM, PM to call you for a meeting. But I will organise this so that Tengku Adnan will call you directly. And then I got your number, I will tell him to call you directly to for you to meet PM lah. Ah… So should be okay, then ar… correct, correct, it is very important that the key players must be there.

COMMENTARY
Lingam memperkudakan Tengku Adnan dan Vincent Tan untuk mengatur pertemuan PM dengan Ahmad Fairuz. Nyata Tengku Adnan dan Vincent Tan menjadi agen yang dipacak oleh Lingam untuk membuat kerja-kerja busuknya,sedangkan Ahmad Fairuz pula beria-ia sangat nak menjadi CJ. Siapakah Lingam yang boleh memberi arahan itu dan ini?
Kata orang kalau nak dapatkan gelaran Datuk,hulur saja RM 100,000 maka dapatlah gelaran datuk. Kini gelaran Tan Sri pun boleh didapati secara jual beli.Nampaknya Lingam ini lebih hebat daripada pecacai-pecacai UMNO yang menetukan siapa yang boleh dapat Tan Sri dan siapa yang tidak boleh.Pecacai-pecacai UMNO nak letak muka kat mana?
Falsafah Lingam,bahawa setakat tahu undang-undang saja tidak cukup,yang penting seseorang itu juga mesti pandai angkat teloq atau jilat juboq tuan di atas. Dengan berbuat demikian,apa saja yang dipohonnya akan datang bergolek.
Lingam,Tengku Adnan dan Vincent Tan memainkan peranan untuk "reverse" keputusan bekas Hakim Negara Dzaiddin yang bercadang untuk melantik Malik Ahmad sebagai Hakim Besar Malaya,sebaliknya jawatan tersebut dapat kepada Ahmad Fairuz hasil mainan Lingam,Tengku Adnan. Entah berapa banyak lagi jawatan-jawatan utama negara ditentukan oleh 3 orang penyamun ini?
Mengikut Lingam,PM boleh buat apa saja dia suka sama ada mengikut secara sah atau secara tak sah. PM boleh hadiah projek-projek kepada kroninya, tanpa soalsiasat,sama ada projek itu untung atau rugi belakang kira,janji siap. Si penyamun pula bila dapat projek akan tentukan keuntungannya berlipat ganda tidak kira sama ada projek ini berjaya atau gagal.
Sekarang barulah kita tahu bahawa kes Anwar bukanlah angkara Mahathir seorang,tetapi merupakan satu konsiprasi beberapa orang termasuk Mahathir sendiri. Skrip dan plot drama itu sememangnya telah dirancang terlebih dahulu oleh orang-orang kuat yang berada dalam lingkaran Mahathir ketika itu.Dari aspek undang-undang Lingam ini mungkin dijadikan pakar rujuk. Lingam terang-terang juga menegaskan bahawa dia sememangnya menggunakan Tengku Adnan dan Vincent Tan untuk buat itu dan ini baginya.
Lingam bukan saja menjadi penasihat kepada PM malah dalam hal rumahtangga PM, seperti kes-kes yang melibatkan anak PM,dia juga yang menjadi "intermediary".
Kesimpulan
a.Kes videoclip Lingam ini jelas menunjukkan betapa hebat dan kuatnya orang bernama Lingam ini sehinggakan dia boleh mengatur siapa sepatutunya menjawat jawatan Ketua Hakim Negara,Hakim Besar Malaya dan sebagainya.
b.Lingam juga memainkan peranan besar bagi menentukan siapa sepatutnya boleh dianugerah pingat-pingat kebesaran.
c.Lingam dan penyamun-penyamun itu sememangnya memainkan peranan yang penting dalam penentuan kes Anwar Ibrahim dan Wee Chee Keong,sehingga mereka itu telah dijatuhkan hukuman bersalah.
Ketika semua ini sedangkan berlaku,kecuali Tengku Adnan,mana pergi pengampu- pengampu UMNO lain? Kenapakah penyangak-penyangak UMNO lain berdiam diri tidak berani bersuara? Kenapa UMNO membiarkan tiga orang penyamun-penyamun bernama Lingam,Vincet Tan dan Tengku Adnan untuk bermaharajalela ini menentukan itu dan ini?
Nyata sekali Ahmad Fairuz harus membuat penjelasan walaupun dia telah pencen dan dia tidak lagi perlu Nazri untuk bercakap bagi pihaknya dan Nazri pula,"you are no more his minister". Lazimnya di negara-negara lain pendedahan skandal sebegini besar bukan saja memalukan nama orang-orang yang terbabit dan akan menyebabkan mereka letak jawatan,kerana malu. Jadi bila Tengku Adnan nak berbuat demikian?
Aku juga hairan bagaimana sepandai-pandai Mahathir,akhirnya diperbodohkan dengan tipu muslihat tiga penyamun ini......
