QUOTE

" A legitimate constitutional government draws all its authority from the consent of the people and only from that consent.

To remove and install governments in any other way was to violate the Constitution, erode the rule of law and run the risk of forming an illegal government."
-
Tengku Razaleigh,
Barisan Nasional MP Gua Musang

[Note: Tan Sri Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah is an uncle of the current Raja Perempuan (queen) of Kelantan and a former Finance Minister. He was elected to the UMNO Supreme Council, and was elected as a Vice-President of UMNO in 1975. He is presently the MP fof Gua Musang]

Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah (UMNO MP, Gua Musang), popularly known as Ku Li said Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin is STILL the Perak Mentri Besar UNTIL:
  1. He resigns of his own accord, or

  2. He is removed by a vote of no-confidence in a FORMAL sitting of the State Assembly.
Ku Li, who is a Kelantan prince, said in a statement:

“Only the answer of the assembly counts, regardless how many sworn statements, defections, press conferences and declarations, or what forms of advertisement, display, inducement or force you bring to bear on the question.

The Constitution makes no provision for his removal by any other means, including by petitions or instructions from any other authority.

To formally test the mandate of the current government, the question must either be put to the people through state elections, or to assemblymen through a formal vote in the Dewan."

He also said that a legitimate constitutional government draws all its authority from the consent of the people and only from that consent. The people consent because it is their government formed according to their constitution, whose leader is chosen through free and fair elections.

He said to remove and install governments in any other way was to violate the Constitution, erode the rule of law and run the risk of forming an illegal government.

Javanese (Malay) values are not compatible with Islamic values. The informed and educated know this well. So does PAS, though they will not admit it openly.

Maybe Indonesia should invade the fake country called Malaysia, throw out the government and corrupted system including the monarchy, and call it the straits settlements of various races and religions from all over the world, especially Asia.

We would be more developed, diverse, strong and cosmo compared to Australia if the British had done a HK on us.

The current system, rules, constitution and rukun negara were just put in place by UMNO to prolong their (fake and manipulative concept of) Malay Elite dominance, which is in actuality only for UMNOputra dominance; and to allow their divide and conquer tactics and methods to fester and disunite.

Ketuanan UMNO boleh! People deserve the government they get! Time for the people to rise and rebel!
