Did we really have a strong case before we put ourselves in front of the International Court of Justice?
To make matters worse, we sent a sub-standard legal team to match with a highly competent legal team from our southern neighour.
The legal team we sent to represent us in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague made an absolute fool of themselves. It was embarrassing, to say the least : Read here.
